Pierre Bois et Feu

The restaurant has two seating areas. The first floor is the main restaurant area. The second floor has high stools overlooking the Chef and kitchen which may be uncomfortable for older people to sit or move. Although it is interesting to observe the Chef and the kitchen, the second floor surely feels like a let down. Especially because the reservation team seems to be seating visitors from outside France and people booking online (e.g. through Fork) on the second floor.

We had a wonderful Christmas lunch and was looked after fabulously!  Very grateful they made us feel so welcome

Surprisingly good considering this was the only reservation we could get last minute. My husband had a steak and I had pasta. Both were very good. The staff was attentive and comical.

Early Easter dinner. Herring was outstanding. Rib steak a little tough and undercooked for medium. Glad to be there early with not much crowd.

Very happy to have tried it, recommend it for any occasion, especially people who appreciate good fish and pulpo. The tournedos could have been better. But overall good experience

We went to Pierre Bois et Feu as two friends and had a very good dinner. The food was great and the service was very prompt and friendly. I would certainly suggest to anyone looking for a cosy dinner with good meat and wine.

Lovely little restaurant with lots of character. Very good service by charming waitress. Entrec&ocirc;te cooked to perfection and the finishing touch at the table carried out by the chef with old fashioned irons was a treat. Lovely burgundy to wash it down with. Amuse bouche and frisndises were also a lovely touch. Highly recommend  the restaurant but essential to book.

Fantastic meal. Fabulous foie gras and steak. Lovely dessert: marriage of cr&egrave;me br&ucirc;l&eacute;e and cr&egrave;me caramel. Attentive and friendly service. Couldn&rsquo;t be faulted.
